Returns & Exchanges
- Since all sales are final, we do not accept any cancellation and request for refund due to a change of mind.
- In the event that we have mistakenly sent a damage or incorrect item, exchange will be done via regular courier only (J&T). Regardless if the client opted to use same day couriers.
- Customer is responsible for items lost in the process of return.
- All items for exchange must be in good condition, unused, sealed, and in proper box.
- Please notify us of exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Exchange requests outside of these grace periods will not be accepted except for extraordinary cases.
- The buyer is responsible for all return costs—including shipping. These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us, unless the items that were sent are either incorrect or defective.
- SALE items purchased are final, may not be returned nor exchanged.
