Do you arrange same day delivery?

Same day delivery for Metro Manila customers and other nearby provincial areas can be arranged via Grab, Lalamove, etc. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the client. Please choose same day shipping upon check out.

It is the client's responsibility to book and schedule a pick up once order has been confirmed. You'll receive an e-mail notification once order is ready for pick-up.

Again, we will not be responsible in booking and scheduling same day pick ups.

What happens to lost or undelivered packages/parcels?

Stellar Hub is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages once it has been handed over to the courier. Parcels or orders are shipped to the exact address given to us by the client. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address, unlocated address, or if courier cannot contact the consignee upon delivery of parcel. In case a problem occur, please do not hesitate to contact us to properly assist you.

Orders shipped via J&T Courier are insured. In case an unfortunate event happens to your package, we can coordinate with courier and claim for insurance.
